You’re someone who’s done a lot of personal work to heal your wounds — whether emotional or physical — but the effects of these wounds still linger either in your body or in ways of behaving that don’t serve you.
They might be expressing itself through your body in any one of various ways:
- chronic pain and anxiety;
- neck, back or joint pain;
- digestive and bowel issues;
- auto-immune problems (fibromyalgia, lupus, chronic fatigue);
- seemingly unprovoked feelings of high stress;
- emotional triggers that trip you up repeatedly despite all the work you’ve done;
- behaviours that are difficult for you to change.
You’ve tried so many things to get better but they’ve reached their limit and you don’t know what else to do.
